Our cozy Appartement Nicola is located in a quiet part of Sölden above the village center right at the ski slope - with breathtaking views - only a 10 minutes walk from the center of the village.
We offer 2 spacious apartments in a perfect location:
A 3 room apartment 'Sölden' for 2-4 persons and a 5 room apartment 'Ötztal’ for 6 persons.
May it be winter or summer, experience the numerous amenities of the Sölden area with its most modern cable-cars which take you to mountain tops as high as 3000 metres. Further Sölden and the Ötztal offer many more activities apart from skiing and hiking.
Our location is startingpoint of many hiking and bikingroutes.
